​​重陽(yáng)節(jié)（又稱(chēng)：老人節(jié)），在每年農(nóng)歷的九月九日，是漢族的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，因《易經(jīng)》中把“六”定為陰數(shù)，把“九”定為陽(yáng)數(shù)，九月九日，日月并陽(yáng)，兩九相重，故而叫重陽(yáng)，也叫重九。重陽(yáng)節(jié)早在戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期就已經(jīng)形成，到了唐代，重陽(yáng)被正式定為民間節(jié)日，此后歷朝歷代沿襲至今。民間在該日有登高的風(fēng)俗，所以重陽(yáng)節(jié)又稱(chēng)“登高節(jié)”，此外還有茱萸節(jié)、菊花節(jié)等說(shuō)法。人們?cè)趹c祝重陽(yáng)節(jié)時(shí)一般會(huì)登高、賞菊、喝菊花酒、插茱萸、還要吃糕。另外，由于九月初九“九九”諧音是“久久”，有長(zhǎng)久之意，所以常在此日祭祖與推行敬老崇孝活動(dòng)。重陽(yáng)節(jié)與除、清、盂三節(jié)也是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日里祭祖的四大節(jié)日。2012年12月28日，全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)表決通過(guò)《老年人權(quán)益保障法》，法律明確規(guī)定每年農(nóng)歷九月初九（重陽(yáng)節(jié)）為老年節(jié)。更多內(nèi)容，歡迎點(diǎn)擊下載重陽(yáng)節(jié)英文版PPT課件哦。
